CIPA: success stories

CIPA Helps Discover New Talents

February 16, 2005
Sergey Shulga, CAP, from the East-Ukrainian city of Dnipropetrovsk thanks the CIPA pro-gram for one important discovery he has made about himself - a talent for teaching. A skilled financial analyst, he is happy to impart his knowledge to others.

Soon after the award of his CAP qualification, Sergey Shulga, took part in a train-the-trainer session and became a qualified trainer in Financial Accounting I.

'I probably enjoy teaching as much as I enjoy practical work and I wouldn't like to abandon either. I fully sub-scribe to the point of view that the best way of learning something is to start teaching it to others. Any time I teach I gain a deeper insight into the subject matter that I can further apply in practice. Then I plough those practical applications back into my trainings to make them interest-ing to my students.

I thank CIPA for the challenge to be a trainer. I also thank my employer who welcomes my commitment to training, both when I train, and when I get trained.
